The effect of the distributed practice method according to the training schedule on learning the skill of (the thrusting movement) in foil fencing for middle school players

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of the distributed practice style on learning the "Lunge" skill in foil fencing among preparatory school students. An experimental approach was used with two equivalent groups (experimental and control) on a sample of (20) students. The results showed statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the post-tests, indicating that distributing physical and mental effort contributes effectively to consolidating motor programs in long-term memory
