الملخص
اجرى الباحث دراسته الحالية المعنونة (الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين في منتدى شباب هيت ), والتي هدف منها التعرف على مستوى الضغط المهني الذي يتعرض له العاملون في منتدى شباب هيت وما هو تأثير او علاقة هذه الضغوط على الرضا الوظيفي لديهم, وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج لوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات المسحية والعلاقات السببية من خلال تطبيق مقياسي الضغوط المهنية والرضا الوظيفي على مجتمع البحث وعينته التي تم استهدافها من قبله وهم موظفي منتدى شباب هيت, وبعد توزيع المقاييس عليهم واجابتهم عليها ومن ثم معالجة البيانات المستحصلة من ذلك احصائيا.
